I bought one of these and was very dissatisfied with the product for a number of reasons. The kind people selling this item refunded my money and sent me another one. I have only used it for 4 days but it appears that this unit is mechanically sound so I am amending my original review like I said I would if it worked properly. The rollers are not padded but that is ok if you do not lean into them and avoid placing the rollers on bones.If you are older and do not have a lot of muscle around your ribs , be careful. I have found that this item is most effective if you are setting straight up in a chair or putting your weight on your elbows in a semi reclined position. That way you can control how much pressure your back applies to the rollers. Doing this will save you bruising and breakage of the unit. I would give this item a higher rating if the rollers were padded and designed to bear a bit more pressure but for the price it is not to bad....... Here is an update. I have been using the replacement pillow they sent me for about 3 weeks now. The power cord is bad on this one. It was fine for about the first week and then the cord went bad.

I tried this on a whim because of the reviews. My husband has had minor neck and back issues for a few years and I've bought several types of massaging devices online for him, including entire massaging chairs, that have not worked. I wanted something he could use in his office and at home, was mobile, and was not huge or complicated. The pulsing devices just don't work, but I was nervous trying shiatsu because I know they can hurt if used incorrectly. This exceeded my expectations. It helps his back and also gives immediate relief when he gets headaches. I've even used it after working out or when I have small tension headaches and it is the real deal. You can put it on a chair back, lay on it on a couch or bed,on a pillow, and even use it on tight leg muscles. I would buy it again and also recommend it for those with back, headache, and tight muscle issues. The pressure is perfect.

This is the most wonderful product I have ever tried. And I have tried everything out there. It releases the pain and stiffness in my lower back (that makes it impossible to lay still and/or relax when going to sleep I have tried every massager and pain or relaxer pill on the market ) it loosened my shoulder upper back area Even strongest massagers can't release the tension between shoulders.. This did it in minutes I was shocked. I have to find just the right position with it but once I do it's absolute heaven .. May have to buy a second one cuz getting it back from my other half is almost impossible he loves it as much as I do ....

I have had this massager for only a few months and today it appears to not power on, so I made attempt to unplug it to try another outlet, but when I unplugged it the blades in the power adapter were stuck in the outlet. Total safety hazard! I love this massager, but the power adapter is an electrocution or fire hazard if this is how low end they are so be wary of that if you decide to get one of these and use it at home. I guess I now need a replacement 12v 2amp dc power adapter to replace this one and confirm if the massager actually still work so or not.

This product arrived on time with no issues. I have a lot of pain in my neck and this has helped relieve that. My favorite part of this product is that rhe massaging balls are heated and how versatile it can be. I admit I have even used this for my feet and it felt great.The only reason I rate it a four is because of the cord is slightly shorter than I would have liked. The short cord is good for the car but not for my living room.

At first I was a bit hesitant to try it but I am actually quite pleased with it. It really helps if you have knots on your back or for neck pain. The heat capability I feel makes the muscle relax making it more effective when it’s massaging you.

I absolutely love this massager. I have an extremely bad upper back and it takes a lot of pressure to rub it. This gets the job done you can lean on it and apply as much pressure as you’d like. I like that it has an automatic shut off and that it can also be used in the car while traveling. The heat is also an extra class. I don’t know what I’d do without it

I have to hold the on/off button for it to work and the lights are glitching out. factory inspector03 did a terrible job. since it didnt work and i dont feel like driving 20 miles to drop it in a return location i did a drop test from shoulder height roller down onto carpet and it died, i unzipped it and as i suspected its made of low quality cheap plastic with a little lightbulb for the heat .
