I did not realise that heat treatment will be so effective for my sinus condition, until I used myhotbag, and it was super effective. I felt instant relief and am super happy. Highly recommend it.It is a little big for use on and around your nose and eyes, but its super effective. The size is perfect for shoulders, knees and back. A smaller eye / face bag will be a great addition to the product line.The packaging is super cool, sturdy box that can be reused several times is a nice touch. Top class overall.

The smell was awful. Tries sprayed it with refresher but didn't work. Opened it to wash the cover and found insects inside. Throw it right away.

This was such a great purchase. It stays warm for long and provides relief. So convenient to use, and I love the wheat smell too. Highly recommend this hot bag if you have aches and pains!

The product did heat up quiet fast, but the retention of heat for a long time was pretty much low. I figured the cover would keep the heat in for longer but not really. Wouldn't go as far as to call it a bad product but it's not an amazing one either.It does the work. Seems to be durable.

Plagued with constant pain in my shoulders, neck and lower back , My Hot bag has been a savior and cant get enough of it. Good size. Seems like lasting material and when you heat it up there isn't a terrible smell like some have. I would recommend this purchase
