First came cracked, however Amazon/seller was quick to replace.

Ok, these are very beautifully made. They came triple packaged. I was delighted! But the foam protecting around them were so strongly scented with lavender or another floral fragrance that I almost thew up upon inhaling. I quickly disposed of all the packaging. However, the beautiful cups had lids that inserted with a silicone rim to prevent leaking, which I thought was great, and the silicone had absorbed the fragrance and even after washing still made me sick. I will soak them in vinegar and soda to see if the lids with silicone seals can be saved. One cup has a very smooth coating and the other feels like large areas were slightly missed in finishing application. Without an even coating to properly seal the ceramic it heats up in the microwave to the point of burning your hand when removing it from the microwave. The base is narrow and if you had children would easily be knocked over. So, that is a concern not for me but maybe others considering this cup. I would not consider recommending this cup without all three warnings I mentioned above. One of the lids fit so loosely that it would not prevent liquid from seeping from under in places other than where your lips met the cup. that would be a mess! So, I am rating this a 3 star because it has so many faults yet, is beautiful and will still work as a piece of art for my cup of tea! Mozel tov, or good luck in your purchase!

I love these mugs. I have 2 of them and I have also bought them for gifts. I like the tall size and the cover works very well!!! The designs and colors are beautiful!!

The cup is absolutely beautiful, but I bought it because it came with a lid; however, it is terrible to try to drink with the lid.

Pretty design, but only keeps beverages warm(hot only for 5 minutes) then coldin less than 10 minutes, perhaps a better sealing top? Not sure if the cup is microwaveable

Love this travel mug! My coffee tastes as if it was just freshly brewed, it's easy to manage while I'm driving and the seal on top never leaks. Stop using stainless steel. Use ceramic and enjoy that fresh coffee taste. Nothing about it I don't like.

My husband only likes ceramic coffee cups so I bought this for him for traveling. Fits in the cup holders wonderfully!
