this tastes GREAT ! I just can't make sense of how it has zero sugar when its so sweet, but hey im not complaining, I mean unless they lied to me.. yea then im complaining, complaining a lot .. but I have no proof of that.. so 5 STARS YEAH !

I was shying away from bcaa cuz the first one I tried wS so horrible however this one omg I no longer drink juice of any sort 🙌🏾. The lemon flavor is great. At first I wasn’t mixing it properly I would put it in room temperature water and I would have to force it however when I realized it was cold water everything changed .... I fell inlove 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. Yay for the gains !!

I opened this to find large clumps in the powder. I tried to break it up with the scoop and a spoon but it’s rock hard. In addition to the big clumps on top, the bottom is rock hard too so there’s very little useable product. Also, it can’t be returned/refunded/replaced so I’m stuck with it. Don’t waste your money. The taste is unremarkable and just tastes like strawberry to me, not sour at all.

This flavor has been a go-to staple in my bodybuilding supplement diet since 2015. I think this is one of the best flavors on the market. Definitely not sour by any means, but does have a great flavor you'll love.

I've bought the sour candy flavor so many times for the past few years, though I went for a while without buying them. Between 2018 and 2021, not sure what happened. They switched from the white packaging to the black packaging. I miss the green color of the old BCAA, and now it's clear. It's also not as sour as it used to be, and that's the point of why I bought this BCAA, because I wanted to enjoy that sour candy flavor. The old "Other ingredients" on the old packaging: Other Ingredients: Oligopeptide-Enzymatic Technology (potassium, hydroxide, stearic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, crospovidone, natural waxes, carboxylic acids, polyehtylene glycol, dicalcium phosphate), maltodextrin, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, malic acid, fiber blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan gum), sucralose, acesulfame-K, FD&C Yellow No. 5, and FD&C Blue No. 1. I compared the two, and the new one doesn't have the yellow and blue. The taste isn't that strong anymore.

Best BCAA'S I've ever taken. I'm still sore after my workout, but it's not unbearable. The product is sweeter than I expected but the taste is good.

Yummy! Although I think this tastes and smells more like caramel apple than sour candy it is still delicious, new favorite flavor.

Usually all the muscle recovery I get from here is good but this one is chunky and very solid. It’s like it’s expired. If they could send me a new one I would greatly appreciate it
