Well-Organized and Jam-Packed with Interesting Recipes
The most interesting feature is that these recipes are quickly condensed in the pages of the cookbook. There are typically 6 recipes on each page. There is no wasted space, no images of the recipes, and there are quick nutrition facts regarding macronutrients and calorie in-take per serving. There are 10 grams of carbs per serving in each recipe, or fewer.It is a tad difficult to read the recipes that are closest to the spine of the book. The eBook version might be easier to read.The 21-Day Meal Plan is laid out as a guideline and rather than list the page numbers associated with the recipes listed in the meal plan, the recipes are given their numbers for you to look up later. I have spent time sifting through the recipes and I am optimistic about my future experience with this cookbook.I own a food blog and will be featuring the more affordable recipes, and the ones that my husband and I will like the most. I am on a low-carb diet for epilepsy and migraines, but my husband is not- he is simply a picky eater. I am a picky eater too, so I won't be eating some of the spicy Asian recipes or the ones with sardines.I received this cookbook from Cooking Hacks Daily, and I'm excited to make more recipes.

Lots of Great Information for someone interested or just beginning KETO
I was given the opportunity to review this cookbook.There are 1000 Quick and Easy KETO recipes that are divided out by sections such as: Pork, Poultry, Beef, Eggs & Dairy, Vegetables & Side Dishes, Snacks & Appetizers, Vegetarian, Desserts and the Author's Favorite Keto Recipes. This makes it super easy to find any recipe you're looking for.🥓🍗🥩🍖🧀🥚🥗🍤🍩🍪🎂🍰🥑🥦🍄It also has a list of Keto Pantry Staples, foods you should avoid on a Ketogenic Diet and swaps for a Keto Kitchen Makeover.It also talks about Macros (Macronutrients), there are Keto Diet tips, proven benefits of a Ketogenic Lifestyle, ways to get in to Ketosis and even a 21-Day Meal Plan.There is alot of information especially for someone just beginning or thinking about starting a KETO Diet. It can be confusing and there is alot of information out there.🤪😳🤦♀️There aren't any pictures in this book. But at least you won't feel inclined to compare your finished product to the picture.😂😂😂😂The recipes are short and easy to follow, perfect for a weeknight. They also have nutritional information provided.If you're following a KETO Diet, just beginning or thinking about starting, this would be a great resource for you.

Nice beginner keto cookbook
This cookbook is great for those just starting keto. My husband is trying to loose weight and was looking for heathy recipe ideas. This book has TONS of keto recipes and they are all quick to make on a weeknight. Includes snacks and even desserts. I only wish it had pictures of at least some of the meals because you have to go on the name alone and it can take a while to choose one.

Lots of Recipes
Lots of recipes that cover all categories of cooking. Beef, chicken, sides, desserts, etc. I was disappointed there are not any pictures.

So there are literally 1000 recipes in this book
There are a LOT of recipes. Like, one thousand of them. However, if you check the total to net carbs on most of these, it's ridiculously high. I'm eating to repair my body and need to keep total carbs low for the day (under 20g) and no sugar. This was one of the 3 books I invested in, but found the nutrition counts to show a high carb count in almost all of the recipes - per serving.If you do not have issues with your health and are not worried about carbs ... this is worth the investment because there are a LOT of easy recipes that look so good. Unfortunately it won't work for me.

Great Cookbook
I love how this cookbook is so easy to follow and that it has very simple procedures!! I included a picture of a dish that I made from one of the recipes from this cookbook. It was quick and easy to make!! So delicious and yet nutritious!! There are so many recipes that I know I'm going to enjoy. Whether you're on a keto diet or not, I still recommend this cookbook because the recipes are easy, healthy and delicious!!

Amazingly helpful
Sometimes it can be hard coming up with new keto meal ideas but this book really makes it easy to find something new to try. I went from eating the same stuff everyday to being able to switch it up a few times a week and make meals my husband also could enjoy. Totally recommend!

This cookbook is great for keto beginners!
This cookbook has so many quick and easy recipes. I am able to meal prep by just looking at one cook book. Also, there is a wide variety to pick from! Great book for keto beginners and if you're looking for something different to put on the dinner table.

Good for the price
Don't expect pictures, there are lots of recipes but they are quite hard to find and refer back to unless you highlight them.Overall you get what you pay for.
