I usually take a L to XL in compression layers so opted for a L with this one as I'd rather it be too tight. I've just completed a 10k training run with this on and have to say the fit is slightly odd - tight (borderline restrictive) on the neck, good fit on chest but loose on the bottom half. It was close to the skin but I didn't feel it was compressing below my chest or upper back so ended up riding up and bunching slightly.I wouldn't like to go to medium to tighten the bottom half as the top was tight enough. Maybe I'm just an abnormal shape!All that being said, it's good for the price and it hasn't put me off wearing it for the odd training run. The chest area was a good fit, the material felt a little cheaper than (more expensive) alternatives but that's to be expected. I mainly use these to stop chaffing and keep a bit drier so did the job I guess.

Smaller than expected. Not really adequate for cycling as your back is not covered. Overall this is a good quality item and would advice to buy.

Ich habe nun schon mehre Artikel dieser Marke erworben und bin durchweg zufrieden.Beim Laufen wird der Schweiß gut vom Körper abtransportiert, so dass immer ein angenehmes Gefühl vorhanden ist, es gibt keine störenden Nähte und auch keinerlei unangenehme Geruchsbildung. Allerdings würde ich mir bei dem Artikel in der Farbgebung mehr Auswahl wünschen.
