Although these took a few weeks to be delivered, I am pleased with them. Have been wearing for a few weeks now and have noticed my back does not ache as much.

I have been having back problems for about a year now because of which I cannot walk around for a longer period of time. After about 5-10 minutes, my back and legs start hurting. A trip to a grocery store would make my back hurt for days. I was going a vacation for a week and I was really worried about my back. I bought this from amazon few days before my vacation. I was not sure how this would help me. However, I must say, buying this is the best thing I have even done for myself. I am very happy with this product.This product really helped me. My back does not hurt at all because of standing/walking/running. The support for the heels and the arc is great. I still have back problems but now I do not have to worry about not being able to go to the mall or anywhere without a back pain. I use these insoles on a converse and toms shoe. You might need to buy a size or half a size higher than your regular shoe size. Better take the insole with you when you go shoe shopping.I recommend these insoles to everyone with low back issues.

These are my favorite insole! Because of back/foot conditions, there is only one shoe I find comfortable for walking and daily wear. It has next to nothing for an insole though. I bought a pair of these a year or so ago and loved them, but they are hard to find in the store. Everything is gel now almost, and the gel is very hot and burns my feet. These are similar in material to memory foam, or viscolas that we sell for inserts in safety shoes where I work. I was glad to find these on Amazon! The price was about the same as big box stores, who never have them! And yes, there are actually 2 pair of insoles per order, four each feet! Some prior reviews mentioned only receiving one pair for the price, there must have been an error as I ordered 2 packs or two pair and that is exactly what I received 4 total sets. I'm thrilled and now have new insoles in all of my expensive but crappy insole shoes. They arrived as said, packaged well and in new store like Dr S packaging. They really do help my back, I think. No complaints.

These insoles are very comfortable and very supportive. I work as a teacher and am on my feet all day. They do a great job of absorbing shock and providing cushion and my back pain had partially diminished. The only problem with these insoles is that they are too thick to fit in any of my flats. The few days that I used these insoles in my flats my heels constantly slipped out the back of my shoes. Although these insoles are great at relieving back pain, they would only work well with sneakers (and sneakers that are 1/2 a size too big at that!)

Horrible experience with this product. When I tried on for about 2 hours I could barely walk. I had to go back home limping because my feet and my back were hurting. I wanted to return it and surprise!! I cannot return it for free. I have to pay my delivery and it has to be sealed! Amazon didn't help much. I was calling customer service everyday and they didn't help me. Now, my $33 are flushed by the toilette.
