For first time users ,make sure the mixing piece is pushed in all the way til it clicks in place or the machine will not work or turn on period ...I almost threw mine away on the first day thinking I got a broken one but no you have to push the mixer stick in all the way for it to spin...I do love it though works great ,gotta be careful with the splashes sometimes but I do like it ,worth it !!

Bought 11 months ago, used it sparingly, then it stopped working. Changed out the batteries, still no good.Mostly, exchanging the plastic tips can be really difficult. Sometimes I needed to use pliers.

I was counting on those ink cups.. did not come with any. The device itself is a bit volatile.. may not turn on unless I move the stick first manually, then it will start. If I got those ink cups, I'd give 5 stars, the product works

I couldn't even use it after I put the batteries on it the burning smell was pretty bad and it was broken. You get what pay for.
