men's SNKL19K1 Stainless Steel Analog with Brown Dial Watch

This is my second Seiko5 watch. My first gave me 6 years excellent service despite surviving a full washing machine cycle after being left in my Jeans pocket, and then tumbled in heat until dry ! It came out immaculately clean and ticked away for 3 more years following such treatment. The Seiko5 is a wonderful watch, and fabulous value for money. This model that I have just bought is beautiful and within a few days has been complimented by all who have seen it. The color of the face and design generally should really be seen to be fully appreciated. I say this to the seller, however, that you must change the Product Details that shows this to be a watch from the "Womens Department". This is why there are numerous reviews stating that this is not a woman's watch. Of course it is not, but this is the reason ladies have bought the watch, and husbands for their wives. Please get your description corrected to stop this confusion and these disappointments. And for those who believe the watch is broken on arrival or think it needs a new battery, this is an automatic mechanical watch, that cannot be wound but needs to be worn to self-wind and tell you the time. It does NOT run on batteries. This is what makes this watch so special. It is a beautiful piece of machinery that you wear on your wrist that will give you years of service. It can never be as accurate as a quartz watch and every two weeks may need to have the time adjusted, but are our lives so crazy that we need to live to an accuracy of a second? Just buy this watch and wear it and you will never be disappointed. It does everything that a Rolex will do and looks even better, although it may not last as long or be quite as accurate, but then you can buy 100 of these for every one Rolex !!

Esperé un tiempo para probar el reloj y hacer la reseña, el reloj llegó en tiempo y forma, hasta ahora ha funcionado perfectamente, como esperaría de un Seiko, la imagen de la publicación no le hace justicia, sabía lo que iba a obtener y por eso escogí este modelo, es una belleza en persona. Mantiene el tiempo bastante bien, por encima de las especificaciones del fabricante. La única queja que puedo tener es que llegó sin ningún tipo de papeles o garantía (solo por eso no doy 5 estrellas) ni de seiko ni del vendedor. Por lo demás estoy muy feliz con mi compra.

Watch is not brown Thats a good thing But it looses about 5 to 10 every two weeks Have to keep checking it Maybe im retired and not as active as it needs Still like it 3 stars for loosing time

This watch, itself, is actually a very nice timepiece. The color of the face is a very attractive taupe/golden color which the photo does not do justice to. The watch weight is very substantial, the band is very nicely done and the whole look and feel of the watch is of a much more expensive watch (ergo, the five star rating). However, (and this is the important part), this watch is in no way, shape or form a women's watch. It is most definitely, a men's watch. It has a 38mm diameter face which, if you peruse the men's watches on this site, you will see that the majority of the men's watches have 38mm diameter faces. Women's watches run anywhere from 24mm to 28mm and even if a woman's watch has a larger face, the watch band is scaled down to fit a woman's wrist. That is not the case with this watch. The band is the length of a men's watch band. Without question, it DEFINITELY belongs in the men's watch category. I am disappointed because I wanted to love this watch, with it's beautifully unique face color, but it is too, too big for any woman to wear.

Pictures don't do this watch justice. The combination of stainless steel along with the face goes well with clothes for the fall.

Good looking watch but it looses approximately 1 minute every 3 days. Constantly adjusting the time. I am disappointed that a Seiko watch has this type of quality issues.

Very simple,but effective!

While it is surely a beautiful, it is NOT a watch for a woman. I checked on a third party site and there it is - correctly - offered as a men's watch. Don't buy it for your Sweatheart, she will be surely disappointed!

Diese Seiko "5" ist ein echtes Urvieh. In ihr tickt das Automatikwerk "5". Ein zuverlässiger Geselle. Kein Schmuck - Werk pur. Das Gehäuse ist ok bei dem Preis. Ungewohnt: Wie auch bei den Orientmodellen muss die Uhr zum Anlaufen mehrere Male geschüttelt werden. Aufziehen ist nicht...

Es un excelente reloj Seiko es una marca que entrega un gran valor por tu dinero, su punto negativo siempre de los seiko 5 es su correa que parece muy barata en comparación al reloj.
