Handheld Small Glass Hummingbird Feeders (Set of 2) with Window Suction Mount Base - Window/Handheld or Tabletop Mini Hummingbird Feeders for Outdoors

Overall I liked this feeder. Definitely has its pros and cons. The cups are small which works for me because we don’t have a lot of hummingbirds and I fill them daily.Pros:- really like the window feeder. It adheres pretty well to the windows with a locking mechanism to make it more secure. We have had it fall a few times, but the thick glass didn’t break because it was over our deck.-the glass jars are easy to clean.- it’s easy to remove the jars to refill or hand feed, as they just rest in the cradle of the window base.- I found it to be a good price for the quality.Cons-the silicone covers started to deteriorate after one year. I try to take care of my feeders so they will last for years, but these started to breakdown after the first year. We have continued to use them for another season because only the exterior is breaking down but they will need to be replaced after this season. Would be great if they offered replacement tops.-if you have a lot of hummingbirds, plan to refill often because they don’t hold too much.-There isn’t a rest bar for the birds to stand while feeding.-the silicone is more challenging to clean than the glass base.

UPDATE 9/23/23These glass feeders are great. Turns out that the hummers seem to actually prefer these feeders to the other standard feeders that I have! They empty each glass feeder in about a day. Have not tried hand-feeding yet. The holder should be set at an angle, to make feeding easier. I tried setting the feeders on the deck railing (flat/horizontal) but got just a few "takers". I then set up a tray at an angle, able to hold water as an ant mote: still did not get a lot of action. But, it was late in the season, so not as many hummers around. Sept 21,2023 was the last day that I saw any hummingbirds at any of the feeders.I have several humming bird feeders, but I was unaware of the handheld type until I was looking on Amazon. These little glass feeders are simple, sturdy, effective. Don't ever get plastic feeders -- they will crack, and the plastic "flavor" will leach into the hummer liquid.The suction cup holder is very strong -- it will not fall off the glass that it is stuck to. The hummers do use this feeder and my other feeders. This feeder is new, so it may take some time for them to find it. But, I detect no preference for one feeder type over another. I have feeders with perches and without: my hummers mostly do not use the perches. But, sometimes they do.I bought a second set of these little feeders since I was so pleased with the first set. I will use one set attached on my kitchen window (above the sink) and the second set will be for the back yard, where I intend to attempt to get the little guys and gals to feed from my hand.

The quality of these small glass & silicone hummingbird feeders is some of the best I've seen in hummer feeders. I love the small size that's good for keeping the nectar fresh every couple days without excessive waste, and the thick glass with tight silicone lids are super nice and dishwasher safe. The suction window holder works well, and the bugs are staying out of them better than another couple kinds I tried in the same spots.HOWEVER, my hummers don't use these anywhere near as much as they use the other options we offer with perches (even with the same batch of fresh nectar). I've had 3 of these out over the last couple weeks, and the hummers did give them attention quickly the first day. By the second day though, they clearly preferred the perch options, and I also enjoy when they can rest while fueling up, as they stay longer that way. A hummer or two might visit these feeders a couple times in a day here, but this morning for example, one hummer repeatedly flew past them on the deck to use his favorite feeder every 10 - 15 minutes for at least 3 hours at the start of the day. Our hummers have recently been doing well to share the feeders at the front (2 of their favorite plus 1 of these) and back of the house (2 of their favorite and 2 of these), without being territorial.I had hoped our hummers would land on the tops of these feeders like other reviewers pictured, but they have not. I've even been thinking outside of the box to create attachment perches to these, as I did with their favorite ones that they use throughout the day, but I haven't yet figured out a perch option for these that they'll use. I've tried 4 different ideas so far, and I'm still working on it because I would like to see these nice feeders get good use from our hummers.One word of caution with these - don't leave them in full sun! The glass containers definitely absorb the heat differently than plastic and can make the nectar too hot for them to safely drink.

I've had these out for a couple of seasons now. Love watching the birds fly up for a sip of nectar. The hummers can land on lids. Since they are made from silicone rubber they are soft and easy for the birds to cling to. The suction cup makes it very simple to mount to any window. Very sturdy and easy to clean. I liked these so much that I purchased a set of 4 to mount on another window. Which leaves me two as a back up. This year I may try my luck with hand feeding once the birds get familiar with me. Very happy with this product. Will buy again.

My hummingbirds love this feeder. Because it’s glass it is easier to clean than typical feeders.Great product

We and the birds both love it. The birds come there all the time and we love watching them up close. It takes them about a week to finish the sugar water.Update: after hanging on the window for a month or 2, it’s been falling off every week/few days. 😏 I keep putting it up, and then find it on the ground a few days later. Not sure what the issue is. I have another one just like this, that I have had for over a year, and that one hardly ever falls off

This is worth the money well made. Sticks to the window and does not move. Love seeing the hummingbirds up close.

Los recipientes son de vidrio que se ve grueso y resistente. Que las tapas sean de silicon lo hace fácil de limpiar. La ventosa parece adherirse bien al cristal; aun así le puse un poco de cinta alrededor y está firme.No tiene ningún inconveniente y los colibríes lo usan constantemente.
