Solid & Heavy
This does exactly what it should do - it squishes dough balls into flat tortillas. I use it with the precut parchment rounds & have never had any issues. I press once, turn the flat dough 1/4 turn, press again & repeat until I have made a full circle. I found this to be the best way to get circle(ish) tortillas that are pretty evenly flattened. Use almost weekly!

Very little cleaning necessary, Sandwich dough between wax paper or parchment paper.

Ease of use
I love it. I should have bought this years ago. Makes life so easy. I use it at least twice a week to make wraps. I now don't make bread. I just use this instead. I do use parchment paper on each side of the dough ball for ease of transferring the tortilla wrap to my big cast iron skillet. Sprinkle flour on each side of the dough ball before you press. Works like a charm! From what I have read in the "reviews", it is good to have a little "wiggle room" when you are pressing down on your dough. Just press down; wiggle it a tad; spin the dough a quarter or half a turn; press down and wiggle it again; and then you will have a nice thin tortilla to cook up. Also, for those who don't get a tortilla big enough when pressing down, add more dough. Then your tortilla will be bigger. You can do this!!!!!!

Great product!! Super easy to use and definitely a heavy duty product that is not cheaply made! Thought I got it for Mexico lol! Would def get again or gift to someone

WOW this is great PIZZA press!
I got frustrated trying to roll out pizza dough. I bought this large tortilla press (it's a monster). I used my breadmaker to make bread dough, then I divided it in half, put the dough on the tortilla maker (between two sheets of parcement paper) and voila....a nice 12" pizza base. I took off the top parcement paper, put on the sauce, sausage, cheese and stuff and slid it onto a hot pizza stone with a pizza paddle. I put the pizza on with the bottom parcement paper. 7 minutes later...a pizza to die for. I got gazillons of compliments on the pizza. This is great for making homemade pizza.

Accurate advertising
I chose a 10 inch size machine to work in the range of 8 to 9 inches because the advertised size is not what is says.Besides being a bit too expensive and heavy, this model says that it's a 10 inch in diameter; although the real diameter is 9 ½ inches. It should be advertised as 9 ½, not 10"

Subpar.on every account
This press lacks any adjustment capabilities. If you are making Naan or pizza crust, sure, it'll work. As a tortilla press it's absolute trash.
