Strengthend hair growth
So I didn't expect this and I wasn't looking for it...but this has really helped my hair growth. I'm in my 50s and was getting a bit thin on top but since taking these my hair has thickened noticeably (and I've made no other adjustments to my lifestyle or diet). Might be coincidence but it is a noticeable difference. I do feel improved generally for taking them. More vigorous 😁 I can't comment on weight loss specifically but I definitely feel improvements. I've tried a lot of supplements and often notice no benefit but this one has been noticeable 👌🏽 no side effects that I've noticed apart from good ones.
