Excellent
I bought this book as a supplemental/optional text book for a CBT course. It turned out to be the best of the three books assigned - more useful and practical than the other two required texts. It is well-laid out, with chapters organized by disorder, very easy to read, and full of practical examples.

Must have book for all trainees
Worth every penny. Well written and good examples of the actual behavioral experiments. Thumb up!

chock full of ideas
This book is hard reading in the way all the headings continue throughout the text. But, If you persist, there are real nuggets for those of us who are experienced therapists. I don't know how helpful it would be for novices, who may need some further explanations.
