Over priced!
It was delivered on time and is a nice box. However, Walmart has one very similar for less that half the price!

Just right and light
This is a fine little toolbox, strong enough and lightweight, but watch out -- that picture they use with the speed square cached on the side is not quite right. It appears in the photo that the square, like the pocket for a tape measure in front, is a built-in feature. It isn't. I finally figured out that I needed to cut an access slot in the tray to make it happen. Nonetheless, I'm pleased with the box -- it keeps my hand tools, um, handy, is reasonably rugged (no metal catches, but so far no problem) and -- important these days -- the price is right.

Ok for storage.
This was exactly what I was looking for. I simply needed a lidded box to store some things in. This toolbox was closest to the dimensions I needed. I've had it for about a week and it serves my purposes completely. However if you are looking for a real toolbox you probably want to pass this one up. It seems cheaply made and is fairly flimsy.. I'm not sure the handle, hinges or latches would last very long with everyday use. So for what I bought it for, I would give it a 4.5. For what it's advertised to be, I would give it a 3.

Good. But not great.
Hinges are iffy, as well as the clips to secure the lid. Doing a good job of holding my tools and stuff. So 4 stars because of the other things lol

I'm happy with mine and you will be even happier!
I paid [...] from an Amazon merchant for my 16" box, and I was pleased with the value. If you are able to purchase yours for today's price of $[...] from Amazon, you will be super pleased. At the time I purchased mine it was unknown whether there was a tool tray, as even the manufacturer forgot to depict or mention this in their website, but as you can see from the additional photo (look only at the gray box - this is the 16" model that I am reviewing) it does include a tray. The construction is robust, latches seem adequate for a heavy load. The only fault I can find is that there are gaps around the handle where rain is guaranteed to enter, as there is a recess which will channel water to these holes. So if you need protection from the weather, you must look elsewhere. It is not possible to seal these gaps with sealant. I recommend that you visit the manufacturer's website PlanoMolding.com before making your selection as they have a wide variety of boxes. That's where I will start the next time I need a tool box.

The box does not look like the box in the picture
This power toolbox was bought to store my battery powered drill and attachment such as charger, extra batteries, drills, etc. this toolbox is small but wide enough to hold everything. The drill can lie down on the bottom of the box with with the battery attached. The tray that accompanies the tool box is handy for all the small attachments. There is a left and right latch made of plastic and the the box is grey with black latches and handle, The box does not look like the box in the picture.

Solid And Cheap
I bought this to replace a hand-me-down sewing box Iโve had for years. The handle broke a year ago, itโs got this upholstered nana-like needle point lid, it was time to go. This Plano tool box is a solid build, plenty of room for tools and materials underneath, and a decent organized tray on top. Less is more on the looks, and only $17. No brainer

Tiny hinges don't seem sturdy enough to trust carrying around.
I ended up returning this because I bought it as a gift, but the lid had a small break making it unpresentable. I also wasn't sure about the quality... I never tried loading it up with heavy tools, but the hinges looked awfully tiny compared to even my much smaller tool boxes. My father, a mechanic, agreed that it wouldn't hold much and he'd never trust picking it up by the handle if it had tools in it.The price was actually good for such a large tool box, and it might be worth it if you don't plan on carrying it around a lot. I'd also consider it reliable for storage of other items that aren't heavy metal tools... emergency supplies in your closet or car, whatever - but it is still supposed to be a reliable TOOL box, so I can't rate it highly.
