This isn't effective anymore. I do daily 1 hour exercise and despite that I see no change in the weight. Food is also controlled. Also it is hampered my sleep pattern. Absolutely not recommended... There are no instructions on the bottle, no leaflet inside on usage.

Plz don't buy this product....no weightloss..no other benefits..loss off money..

Don't use it .it's harmful for your body..I buy it after watching review..but I eat only two tablet . And still feeling not well after eat that..almost 10-11 days left.. but still mt stomach pain and headache not stop. I face menustral probelm also.. alsar in my mouth many problem I face because of it .. don't use it.

This product I had bought on 2nd Dec 2021 and received on 6th Oct. After opening I observed that the silver seal on the mouth of the bottle was detached. I requested return. and replace,. Amazon told me that no need to return and they will send me new bottle. Today received the 2nd bottle and again the silver seal is opened/damaged. Best part is that on the bottle it is printed DO NOT USE IF THE SAFETY SEAL IS MISSING OR DAMAGED.. Beware of this supplier.
