Sew Tech Embroidery Hoop for Brother and Baby Lock SA446

This hoop should have a 5 star rating from anyone who ordered correctly. I realized that people were ordering a hoop that their machine did not have the embroidery field to support. If your Brother/ Baby Lock machine can embroider an 8x8 design then this hoop is the best bargain out there. If your sewing field ix 6x10 or 7x11 you do know that you don't have an 8 inch embroidery field, don't you? Only difference is it is lighter gray and the adjustment screw does not lift up it stay horizontal. Grid is a different color but basically the same grid. The description clearly states what machines it will work on. If your machine can't embroider an 8x8 design then of course the hoop will not be recognized! Those poor ratings should be taken down or amended as they are misleading .

I use these on my Babylock machines and I liked them so much that I bought 4 so I could give my friends one for Christmas. Everyone was very happy, including me. The price is good, the quality is good, shipping also very good. Nicely packed.

Nice sturdy hoop. It is always nice to have an extra so you can get the second one ready to go.

The tightening screw is a little more difficult to turn that the original BabyLock/Brother hoop screws, but with the special tool sold by Baby Lock/Brother, it is very easy to tighten or loosen the screws. After seeing the quality, I purchased sizes I did not have so I have a good selection of hoop sizes.

Fits my Destiny perfectly, saves me lots of stabilizer - my local store wants $120 the only difference is the tightening screw which doesn’t matter.
