Innovative idea, outstanding execution!
This product is a rarity in that it actually impressed me, both in design and execution, and met or exceeded all of its advertised features.Having been married to a vet tech for 15 years, I have a soft spot for fuzzy critters, especially cats. And too often find kitties abandoned, and living hard on the street. I always carry a big bag of treats in the car, and when I see a kitty out in the world that looks like it hasn't had a good meal in some time, I leave them a large pile of treats (figure, they could use the extra fat and calories in the treats, over regular feed). But lately, I've come across a few kitties that have come up to me and flatly asked for help. But I've had no way to safely transport them. The pivotal moment for me was when I saw a cat walking alongside the highway out in the middle of nowhere, just outside of town. I pulled over to see if it wanted some help but instead it took off into the brush. But it occurred to me, what if it agreed and followed me back into my vehicle? I had no safe way to transport it. Had I just let the fuzzy run around inside my SUV, there's no telling what could have happened. It might have freaked out once we started moving and reacted with violence or panic. It could have wanted to hide somewhere safe and might have picked under my feet by the pedals. Or it could have reacted with fear or car-sickness and gotten sick or urinated on my upolstry. Unlikely, but all possible scenarios. I decided I needed a better option. So I started looking for collapsible carriers and came across this one.I ordered the unit, and so far have been very happy with it. I've been able to transport three cats with it so far (separate incidents, not simultaneous), and it has worked beautifully each time. The staff at the pet hospitals and shelters have all commented on it. And I love that it folds flat when not in use, making it easy to keep in the back of my SUV full time. The latches all seem to be well designed and made. Nothing has failed me yet. It does take a moment to figure out how to use all the various buckles and snaps that hold it together, and it takes paying attention to make sure you deploy and collapse it correctly, but once you get the hang of it it takes no time to do either.I've only transported quite thin/small kitties in it, so no real weight yet. But it feels very solid and strong, so I'm not worried about the day coming when I have to transport a rather ..."rotund" kitty. So, all in all, I can say that this product impressed me, came through on all of its advertising promises, and I'm glad I bought it. I can whole-heartedly recommend this product.

Great carrier!!! Fit both my long 2 cats
Pros: I recently adopted 2 sibling cats that that are 1 years old and weigh 5-8lbs. They have been living outside in our neighborhood, so they are not use to anything. I had to take them to the vet for the first time they haven't been in a car since they were adopted so this carrying case worked out great. We could see each other, great air flow for them, and they both fit comfortably. Another great thing about it is that it folds down and doesn't take up a lot of storage space.Cons: side red buttons that show you where to snap, one was broken when it came. It is odd shape to carry but it is only to go to and from vets office, so can't complain. Last I didn't get the mat that was an additional purchase, I wasn't sure if cats would pee on it, tried to put large fabric pee pad in it but it obviously bunched up to one side.Overall I am happy with this carrier and got a lot of compliments.

Henry Approves!
We just adopted a rescue kitty, 2 yrs. old. Bought XL; he weighs about 12 pounds as a 'chubby' guy, which we are working on. We left it out and open in his 'room' (aka our office), on top of one of the dogs kennels to check out on his own so it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to go to the vet. We also bought the pad for the carrier, which is soft and really, really plushy. The carrier itself is way sturdier than I thought it would be, and it stores easily if you want to keep it in a small space. You can see where this is going; now that he’s discovered it, it’s his favorite sleeping spot. We also bought a Kitty Kasa since he loved it in foster care, and loves it here, but even a normal sized cat can’t stretch way out in the Kasa if they want.I believe you’ll be very happy with this, I am.

Great product
This has been great for my cats! I got the larger carrier so I can use it for after surgery, when my cats get fixed. I could put all 3 of them in there if I wanted to. I like how open it is and the side door is a godsend. No struggle to get the cats in the carrier.

Say goodbye to carrier struggles!
I dreaded taking my cat to the vet because trying to get him into a carrier resulted in me getting scratched up and him being super stressed out. I found this carrier and was pretty skeptical, but he took to it right away and he actually sleeps in it now. I have not used it to transport him yet, but I'm sure that experience will be much better than it has been in the past.
