Can you please tell me the height of each of the 4 shelves once installed? Bought separately I'm aware.

The shelves are spaced about 12 inches apart except for the middle one which is about 2 feet apart

Where can i buy the shelves? nothing comes up in my searches for the vertixal storage cabinet at 50 in. l x 29 in. w x 82 in. h

What are the dismantled shipping dimensions?

I can't give a direct answer, though, I was surprised when I discovered the top & bottom pieces came in a separate package from the side pieces. I'd add about 6 inches to the width and height of the biggest side piece -- same for the top / bottom box. Both were about 8 inches thick (as I recall from almost a year ago).

I like to know if i do perchance this if you going to also include 4 shelfs? Also if all part will arrive with it?
