On my second order of odd size filters from this company, the delivery company smashed the box and the filters inside. After I contacted them (with pictures) and said I thought only two of the four were usable, they immediately shipped four new filters. Excellent support. Excellent filters.

These filters are great! Way cheaper and better than other brand I purchased for years here on amazon. The filters have more folds, which equals to more filter surface, and the folds are very precise and sharp, unlike other brands sold here at amazon.The filters come very well protected. I usually change them every month. These filters offer the perfect amount of filtration so your your air handler doesn't break. Higher Merv number will damage your AC unit. Never go over Merv 8. The filters are meant to protect your ac unit, not to clean your air. If you want clean air buy an air purifier.As of today, the amazon pictures don't include that these filters have a metal reinforcement mesh, but they do as you can see in the pictures.Great purchase!

These filters work well if you have a custom sized air handler. The size is true and they last about 3 months in our home. I'm not sure why there aren't standard sized air filters but our last two homes have needed them.

I have a dog which sheds a lot.I notice when I replace the filter its not only dirty but you can also see how it capture dog hair.This is the only brand I buy and its very economical.
