Well made, nice features
Can be powered by its internal rechargeable (using supplied micro USB cable) Li-Ion battery OR by standard AA alkaline batteries; also by its top solar panel or its hand crank. It has a bright LED light, and can recharge your cell phone through its standard USB port. And it has an AM, FM and NOAA weather band radio. Good for emergencies. Nice value for the money.

Versatile and portable.
I like the color, portability, and how versatile this radio is. Living in South Florida, I need one of these. I love the fact that uses AA batteries, which are cheaper than AAA ones.

-FANTASTIC- for the bug out/in bag
A radio that picks up AM/FM/NOAA is an absolute necessity for any bug out/in bag. It's tough to find a good one. The main issue with survival gear electronics is how the heck do you power the thing. Do you carry a stack of AA batteries? Do you trust the rechargeable batteries? This thing gives both options -and- give options for recharging - specifically the solar cells and the hand crank. On top of that, there's the chance to charge you cell phone or other whatever.Plus - it's a radio. Yeah - need that function too.If I could change anything... I'd make the rechargeable batteries easily accessible, change the charge port to USB C, add high wattage charging capability via the USB C, and add a storage compartment (or make the unit smaller).

Perfect for emergencies!
I initially choose this little radio based on the analog dial vs the digital. It just seemed practical to have an emergency radio that used the least amount of power while on, considering my purpose in getting it, is to be used when resources or not readily available.I really like the compact design that packs plenty of features and it’s rechargeable! The sound quality is want to be expected from a transistor radio of this size. All that is missing, is that it’s not waterproof, but it has some moisture protection. I'm not sure how well that will hold up in wet conditions.

SOS Alarm Function is pretty loud
My favourite thing about this device is that the SOS Alarm Function is pretty loud and it can be very useful during any emergency situation when you are unable to scream for help or out of breath. This is definitely a very handy little device and a must-have if you live in a hurricane or a disaster zone and hopefully, i won't be needing it for that situation but you can use this little device if you like camping. It has a variety of power options from USB charge to batteries and solar as well as an earphone jack outlet. The charging port option to keep a phone charged with the internal battery is a good feature for those of us who use our phones heavily.
