A Fantastic book
A must read for everyone. A very insightful book that talks about the aspects of brain which has not been discussed much before. As this book spreads to more people, it may help a lot of special needs children.

Excellent book that gives clear explanations of "superbrain yoga", which is really South Indian thopakarunams (tamil).It is a very beneficial and extremely simple (takes 2 minutes) yoga exercise that will help in uniting both hemispheres of your brain.

The book is long, the technique is very short and simple.
The description of the technique is only a few pages in length; the rest is advertising and trying to convince you how incredible the technique is.Nevertheless, I paid for this book (which is overpriced) so I could have the "definitive" description of it.The technique itself is very simple. I don't know of its efficacy though. I'm a long-term meditator and I've added it to my routine simply because it's so short, but I can't say there are any noticeable effects whatsoever. (However, there seem to be at least some studies, albeit of questionable quality, that shows people who are cognitively challenged, experienced some trauma, or lack the ability to concentrate for long periods may benefit from this).
