This item is kids size
I am a petite person and still, this item turns out to be too little. I find it hard to use to accomplish what’s needed.

Great for arms
This is my second thigh master. I actually wore out the first one ( used it 2-3x a week for several years and the spring finally snapped). It is great for inner and outer thighs but especially great for upper and lower arms.

I like it for legs, arms, and back.
When I use this for my legs and arms I notice it is strengthening my back as well. It gives the muscles an eccentric and concentric workout.

This item did not provide much resistance, so I donated it to a Nursing Home physical therapy program. Good for the weak.
