Can't get the earpieces to connect with one another. When trying to sync to phone, it looks at each earpiece as a separate device. Can only hear out of one of them at a time.Other than that, they sound pretty good even with one working and seem to fit comfortably in my ear. Price was amazing. Hoping its not the "you get what you pay for" experience.Emailed merchant. Waiting for a response.Update 10/10/20: Merchant has been very responsive to help with the issue. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the ear pieces paired. The merchant has offered to refund my money. While waiting for their response, I have been using one of the earpieces. I will say the sound is excellent and the earpieces are very comfortable. The battery lasts a long time.

Couldn't get both buds to pair simultaneously. It was either only the left or the right, one at a time.. and I tried several times by unpairing and forgetting device. It is possible that it was operator error, but I've since had success with a few other pairs of different brands that have individually paired buds. I wasn't that impressed with the sound quality to begin with, but I am kind of a sound quality snob..., so I just gave up. I do think that if you can get them to pair correctly and don't really care that much about sound quality for music or just want them for calls, that they should be a decent choice, especially considering the price!

So far, these headphones are nice. The sound quality is nice and I have not had any issues yet. They seem to stay in my ears 95% which is a high percentage from someone with as small of ears as I have.Shipping took longer than desired for prime membership.I noticed that the charger is not a standard charger. It looks similar to the most recent iPhone chargers but not quite the same. If something happens to the cord I worry about how I will be able to replace it.Will update if anything changes.

When you put the pods back in the case they won't immediately charge. You need to push the button on the side to start charging and push it again to turn it off or you will run your battery life out

Don’t waste your money. Don’t work. Don’t connect. Don’t stay connected if you do get them to connect. Half the time only one works. Turn off randomly after a few seconds. Garbage. Returning.

Since these are the first earbuds I’ve ever tried, I was a bit apprehensive. They are great! Easy to use and the sound is perfect. I walk along the highway, and the noise of the big trucks doesn’t interfere. I haven’t had to worry about recharging, they last me all day.

I've only had them a couple of days but they seem great for the deal I got. They connect easily, the sound is good and fit my ears very well. I purchased a pair for my husband and for me because they were around 13 dollars, can't beat that.

If I were blindfolded and someone did a hearing test between these and my iPods im not sure I could tell the difference.
