Stick it before your wear your shirt ,if the shirt gets even slightly wet then it won’t stick , you can put the shirt inside out to stick it , if you sweat too much use 2 patches side to side to cover bigger area .sometimes it falls only not always ,if you stick it after you wear the shirt or will not stick properly and will fal off

Good but it’s not really a good quality because it will broke like pieces of paper after few hrs.

المنتج سيئ جداً اللاصق ضعيف ولا يثبت بمكانه بالاضافة الى انه ليس عملي لا انصح به ولا بأي منتج شبيه له الظاهر ان هذا التصميم فاشل جداً .

Doesn't really absorb sweat like it should. You need to hold your arms closer to your body for a few seconds to minutes in order for it to absorb the sweat.
