The media could not be loaded.  I do like this polish. It’s easy to use and cures nicely. The problem is a) there’s no gold, and b) there’s more blue than purple so it should be called blue purple instead. In sunlight the purple comes out better. Indoors you can’t see much purple to speak of. In hindsight I should have read the reviews before purchasing so I could make sure I’m getting what I want. I’m still keeping this because it is pretty, and I’ll be finding one that has purple that is more dominant.

You really do need a UV light to make this work well, but the magnet really does work to give the effect advertised, though the magnet could be a bit stronger for more dramatic effects.

The media could not be loaded.  this is an incredible gel polish!! the only other brand on the market who has anything similar to my knowledge is Kokoist, incredible japanese potted gel nail brand. however, theirs are called dragon’s eye gels and they’re $20+ each!! this $10 multichrome, cats eye gel, are already pretty unique in the nail market, which as we know is HUUUUUGE… but what makes this product even more special in my opinion, shows itself after the magnetic particles have been moved from an area leaving in the “blank” reflective, colorful flakes. in the video they can be seen in the center of the nail where there isn’t any magnetic reflective glitter. i tried to showcase everything that makes these special because these are a steal. i literally just bought every other color offered due just how impressed i am.

So, after doing some research I realized that I was simply applying the polish incorrectly, and now that I’ve got the application down I love it! I wrote the review below right after receiving the product and trying it out for the first time. I’ve since learned that you really need to apply two coats of a very dark color (preferably black) before painting on the magnetic polish- otherwise you won’t get the full effect. See my before and after pics.The color of this polish isn’t terrible or anything but it’s definitely not what I thought I was purchasing. I ordered the “blue gold” color which in the Amazon photos looks like a dazzling holographic combination of blue, gold, and purple. It’s super shiny with a ton of depth and color play while the product I actually received is a boring metallic lavender. I followed the instructions and warmed it up before applying it and used a strong magnet to try and achieve the cat eye effect but nothing really happened.

The media could not be loaded.  The shift from Blue to orange isn't like it is in the picture. The only way I can get any kind of shift I'm color is when you put your hands under water.

This is the best magnetic polish I have found. It is easy to use. The is very pretty. The only thing is there is absolutely nothing gold about the color I got so I'm not sure why it has gold in it's name. Regardless, I would recommend it and I am considering getting more colors.

Even if you do a very thin layer you still cant see the color you put underneath it always looks silverThe magnet it comes with doesnt work and I even tried using a stronger magnet and it still didnt workIt as well just looks like silver glitter on your nail
