Absolutely blown away with how good this herb burner was to use. I wanted an alternative to smoking with my choice of herb due to being messy, the smell, bad for lungs etc. I also just wanted it to use occasionally for my end stage osteoarthritis. Firstly it comes in a lovely neat box with a micro usb cable for charging, cleaning materials, spare silicone mouth pieces and a velvet carry case too. Read the instructions front to back and they were very easy to understand. Because there's no obvious mouth piece just make sure you're smoking out the silicone end not the herb end haha! Anyway it charged very quick so no issues there. Packed the herb in after making sure it was ground down well. 30 secs to heat up and ended up using the high setting. It switches off automatically so I switched it back on once or twice and that was all that was needed really! Loads still left in the burner that wasn't burned so seemed to be a really good way to avoid wastage! Just wish I had bought one sooner as it's just been an absolute dream to use. Worth every penny. Hope this review helps any other 1st time users!

This product is very easy to use, its small and compact and quite discreet. It removes the strong smells of the herbs and has a very good battery life, comes complete with all tools pipe cleaner small brush and a tool to move the herbs in the vaporiser, filling it is made very easy with a magnetic lid, the only minor issue is the opening for inhaling is on the small side but is not really a problem. I would definitely recommend this product and would certainly purchase again

This product is so easy to use, i put it on high heat which is lit up white and it vibrates when ready to use, i found it worked the best for me. the only thing was where you inhale, it's the tiniest part And I needed my reading glasses to see it😂 which I have taken a close up picture of. Its easy to load your herb into it, its magnetic and just pulls apart, then after few puffs take apart and use little spoon to mix and then reuse. It's very discreet and I would certainly buy this product again.

I really love this product it is easy to use and a decent little piece of tech but oh my word the battery is awful....you cannot understand how much it frustrates to have to charge this device after a few uses! Ten out of ten for everything but one out of ten for the battery. Buy tech that has a good battery not this.

Not sure why so many people are saying that this is easy to clean. It isn't. I've been using it for a few weeks now. The ceramic heating chamber has turned brown and the vape tunnel is full of oily gunk. The supplied pipe cleaners and brush do nothing. This vape smells really bad now. I no longer enjoy using it. I think the only way you'd be able to clean this thing properly is if you removed the screws and took it apart. I'm not comfortable with doing that. I wouldn't recommend this vape.

If your buying this for your medical herb, it doesn't cook it well enough to get even slightly baked.

Been using this little banger now for 2 weeks, its well worth the money.. The airflow is perfect but I do like using it the wrong way around to me I get a bigger buzz from it 5* from me.

Thought I would try this but wish I hadn't it is an awful vape doesn't work well at all, the flavor is disgusting. It barely gives out any smoke ends up wasting your herb. Definitely do not buy
