I used to have 2 standing desks and Fully Jarvis is of the best quality and design. The customer service is super responsive and helpful. Love it.

This would be a 5/5 desk, and it is when it is functional. But it will frequently stop working entirely and not go up or down, even after going through the suggested reset process many times. Fully support is generally helpful, but it still takes quite some time to go through their support channels, and it doesn't seem to fix the issue permanently -- it comes back. I would recommend going with a different desk brand which is a bit more reliable.
