If you are working on any team, in any organization, at any level, you need to stop and order this book! The biggest take way for me was, thinking about what my job will look like in 20 years and how does this align to what I want to be doing? I now must view each new opportunity through this 4IR lens. Dr. Groscurth does a great job at articulating what the 4th Industrial Revolution looks like and how leaders will survive and thrive in this new changing environment. This book has so many tools to take back into your day to day work and offers countless examples of why you must STOP and behave differently once you read it! Excellent work and highly recommended!

I consistently spend a thousand dollars a month on leadership and personal development courses in order to improve myself and my business. If you are easily put off by lengthy titles or thought leadership, don't be. Dr. Groscurth has a real gift for giving quick explanations of complex ideas in laymen's terms. This book will make you think, but it also provides ideas for actions that you can take to prepare for the next great industrial upheaval. I had intended to read this on airplanes or other "what the heck else do I have to do?" moments, but found myself so riveted that I ended up reading it cover to cover for leisure. Read it. Leaders who don't prepare for the future become victims of it.

Dr. Chris has created a resource with lasting value. Often a book like this will tell you what you need to do differently or what you should be thinking about doing differently. This book does that as well but also provides the "hows" - and in formats that are adaptable to different work environments or scenarios. While the book presents leadership considerations that have a largely internal focus (i.e. leadership within an organization), many of the tools also have value in assessing and improving external relationships - with clients, customers, etc. I hope my dog-eared pages hold up over the years...!
