I was worried when I saw reviews about pillows similar to this having a smell but it was fragrance free straight from the package. It only took about 5 minutes to "inflate" to its proper size and my husband and I both love how comfortable it is, even laying on our stomachs. We have only had it a few days and already my neck pain has lessened. The only complaint I have is that I wish it were not quite as wide. Maybe just a couple of inches shorter. Any more than that and it wouldn't be so comfy :)

I got in a car accident in September and ny shoulders/neck/back have been in constant pain since. I do not want to resort to pain killers and have been trying to manage the pain on my own with exercise, stretches, experimenting with ways to sleep and CBD/ice/tumeric/natural remedies. This pillow has been the best thing other than streches/exercises focusing on my neck/shoulder area to help mitigate the pain. It's only been a few days but my pain levels have decreased astronomically. I got two because my mother also suffers from shoulder/neck pain and she said she also can feel a major improvement! Don't use pillows underneath The flatter you are the better for your neck/shoulders. If you have pain do yourself a favor and get this!

This contour pillow is not a "put under your head" pillow that you adjust to right away. It really does take getting used to. The adjustment period was one to two weeks.For one, the memory foam is stiffer than most pillows. The shape, however, contours to the shape of your back and shoulders. The sides are raised, so your cheek is supported when sleeping on your side.The advantage of using this type of pillow is pain relief, especially for head, neck, and shoulders. Because the pillow creates a different kind of support, it also affects your sleep posture.I have noticed that I am waking up with less pain, even after a heavy workout the previous day.

Just as comfortable as the new soft version I can't tell a difference. I bought the new one first then a 2 pack of the regular ones. I immediately noticed a hole in the sewing and the material is not as soft as the newModel. I also don't like the button in the center of the older model. Go with the newer model, there are differences that matter! Great pillow, same comfort as the other foam.

I can't speak for anyone else's neck issues, but this was absolutely perfect for mine. I have a lot of pillows of different materials and densities because I'm never able to get comfortable. I also suffer from frequent migraines. All of my other pillows have their own benefits, but none are ever quite right for actual sleeping. I need one that is firm enough to avoid the wrong neck positions, yet still have enough give that it doesn't exacerbate a headache.This pillow is as dream come true. I thought it might be too thin when i first unpacked it, but all it took was laying on it to correct that misconception. The comfort was real and immediate. I put a pillow protector and bamboo pillowcase on it and fell asleep faster than I have in years on night one. It's only been a few days of use, so we'll have to see how it does long term, but I'm truly overjoyed with this purchase so far. I bought the two pack and my mother is using the second one with similar results. I wish I had found these sooner!

This pillow might not be for everyone. It’s very rigid and uncomfortable to lay on. I’m writing this review while laying my head on it and it’s not worth it.- update I have now turned this pillow into a dog bed!

I was prepared to believe this pillow was a hoax. However, it cradles the head gently, and is firm enough I am not trying to adjust it all night. The neck slope was so wonderful, my neck didn't hurt in the morning like it had for so so many years. Would I recommend you spend more than is normal for this pillow? Yes, resoundingly YES.

I love these pillows. They really are very comfortable and I wake up less at nights.

my only concern us about the height for me should be just a little bit higher to keep my neck straigth. No all if Us have the same shoulder to neck distance. Why not create different heights to choose based on a chart? The rest is a very good product. Recommended!
