Easy installation
Great replacement for my old 50 gallon hot water heater! I only wish I had bought it sooner!

Really fast delivery. Arrived 1 week earlier than expected
I suggest taking the time to remove the 4 screws holding the front panel- 2 on top and 2 on bottom. The fan plug was not plugged in and of course, the system wouldn't fire up until I discovered that it wasn't, and I connected it. I'm suggesting inspecting the wiring etc. inside.

Purchased this product, delivery was OK. Installed product, no problem. Plugged product in nothing happened. Tried calling Amazon Customer Service, unable to find phone number for customer service. Called Fugatti customer service and was told "We are having problems with this product. Please return product to Amazon and they will replace the product. Finally after an hour of searching I found phone number for amazon. I explained the situation to a non english speaking customer service person. They told me I would have to wait for a refund and I should purchase the same Item gain. Its been over a month since I had to repurchase the item. In the mean time I am out $850.00 waiting for a return. According to the web site they received the Item but have not credited the money. I had to buy another unit because I had installed and made room for this particular unit. In closing: No customer service, Manufacturer is aware ion issues with unit, Amazon is becoming unresponsive and does not care about customer service. Like I said STAY AWAY FROM FUGATTI

Worked to 3 years... then quit :-(
Worked great for 3 years, then started showing an E1 error. Have to turn the water on and off several time before it finally starts hearing. Can't figure out what the problem is, I'll need to buy a new one. so sad.

Good water heater for the money!
Purchased the system back in October of 2022. Now it's February 2026, and the system is still working great!! The only issue I have is anytime the power go out I have to reset the power button. Luckily, I installed it in a spot where it's easily accessed to reset.

Update: This heater did not even last a year. Bought it in late August of 2023 and stopped working in August 2024. You can take a chance if you have money to waste but I would look for another product. We are very disappointed. After using this water heater since Aug 2023, we have found it very slow to kick in and supply hot water. The unit is as described and when producing hot water is good. But it will take a long time before you have flowing hot water. So if you try to save water by turning the water off and on, it will always fun cold and not hot. Trying to use this unit to save money on your water bill, well that just wont work at all. You will consume a lot more water then you usually would. And no its not from longer hot showers, you have to run water a long time and not turn it off for a consistent temp.

I built an outdoor shower at my cottage and this unit works pretty good, when you start the flow of water the unit automatically turns on and warms the supply water to the temperature you have it set too. It does take around 5-7seconds to get to temperature but what system doesn’t. It was fairly easy to winterize, their customer service is iffy at best so hopefully you never have a problem with the unit. If you’re looking for a cheap system you can install yourself, this product fits the bill.

make sure you use lots of teflon tape on joints and plubling dope

Instruction manual leaves much out. I can't open things up to test this or that. I can usually fix anything but the instruction manual is of no help. I will purchase an other brand and set this dead machine aside hoping for a miracle (resurrection) II must add, this machine is ten months old and is used only for showers. That means used very little. (no snickering)
