Misleading Product
Buyer beware, this product ONLY works for a 14” size doll NOT for a standard 18” girl doll size. My daughter and I searched “American Girl Doll accessories” and this was one of the first options we saw so we put it on her Christmas list thinking it would fit her doll. I had it shipped to Grandma’s house states away where we would be spending Christmas. I was very disappointed to open it up 2 months later and find it does not fit her doll. I would return the product, but the return window is already closed since I shipped it away 2 months before Christmas. Now I’m stuck with accessories that don’t fit and will probably just go in the trash.

The pink Storage container box missing. Packing in a paper bag
The pink Storage container box in which all the cosmetics are placed is missing from the package. The original packaging box came with signs of wear, which means that it was unsealed before shipping. The original packaging box was sent in a paper bag. This is not possible! I am a doll collector and I want the packaging to arrive intact with all the components. I am disappointed because this is not the first time this has happened: missing items and damaged original packaging. Why don't Battat seal each bag they put the small and large pieces in like other toy companies do. So that no one can tear off a simple scotch tape and rummage through the bags and take various pieces. The package Glitter Girlz arrived quickly from Germany to Romania.
