They're okay.

Great peppers! Fresh, bold flavor, not too hot.
These are now my favorite hot pepper for cooking. They are a great value and have great bold flavor while not being too over-the-top spicey. Hotter than a jalapeno but milder than chile arbole or tia chile, but importantly the flavor is great instead or just being hot.
