Leisure Season Mini Greenhouse, Protect Starter Plants Flowers Solid Wood, Decay Resistant

After reading other reviews I made the gamble of purchasing. It's inexpensive enough I was ok if it turned out to be crap. Unlike other folks experiences. Mine came with screws, was intact, & didn't come with "termites". It assembles in roughly ten minutes if you have half a brain. Longer if you're working with less. All that's required is a Philips screwdriver. It has a cheap wax sealant, does not appear to be stained, & smells of a hamster cage. I'll probably go through the effort of staining it. It's much smaller then I was expecting. Actual dimensions are 16" D 30" W & 43.5" HI'm pleased with it overall. I placed it on my deck, I wouldn't recommend placing it on soil, or grass. And the shelves are quite sturdy.

This is a nice small starter greenhouse. It is not made for durability. Putting it together was a bit tricky. The pre drilled holes were on the opposite side of each piece so we had to make more. Truthfully, we discovered the wood was so thin and soft that we were able to use our screwdriver to drive the screws through without any problems and no pre drilling. The hole for the bolt to hold open the top panel was nonexistent. we did not have the tools to drill such a large hole to receive the bolt so we're not using this feature. The doors do not close flush and there is gap between the top of doors and the top panel. It's almost like to doors are too short. This unit is way overpriced for its quality. A metal unit would probably offer more durability. My assumption is that this will last just a few seasons.

Not at all impressed with the overall quality of this design, very rickety and disappointing for the price. Main issues are the base is not solid enough to support the structure well even once filled & the doors don’t stay closed without some adaptations. The wood is as soft as an apple, which makes it easy to move around, but contributes to the instability of design. Using additional braces and hardware, I’m making it work for our purposes, but wouldn’t recommend unless you’re willing to customize. IKEA could have designed a better piece for half the price!

We bought 2 of these for our bonsai garden on our balcony. We live in a high rise and this was the best option. It worked perfectly until termites started popping up. It obviously didn't come from our building because it's all concrete and metal and glass. It is horribly infested. We will try to kill them but if we can't we have to toss both. Big waste of money.

it is cheaply made. I do not expect it to last long when I got it out of the box I noticed the wood was creaked and dried glue was seeping from joints. For the price I expected something much nicer. if I seen it in a store I would have only bought it if it was around $20. I would not recommend this to anyone. not worth the money

Nice little greenhouse! Easy to put together. I'm going to try to attempt growing plumeria one more time in the bay area. It didn't have termites like the other reviewer had commented. My only con about this product is that it's a bit light so it has to be attached to a wall or fence to prevent falling over from the wind.

Broke in the first wind. Some pieces were misdrilled but I could easily redrill the counter sink hole. Put it on my deck. Two days later it was windy, but not excessive. The magnets couldn't hold the door closed; the door flew open. The wind blew it off the deck and it broke. Wasted $150.

The directions for putting it together we're a bit difficult. It looks great! I love the color of the wood. It is very light and easy to move.

Nice Mini Greenhouse. Easy to put together !

Extremely cheaply constructed. Not worth the price. Colour of item is a horrid yellowish stain. Huge gap between doors allows cold air in.Do not purchase is my advice. Seller also does not let you track item for delivery which can cause difficulties.
