I found the strap to be too loose on these but the arch support is great. It's also nice that you can use them in the water.

Blister maker (Update 2)
Wearing them around the apartment so far they feel great. I had a couple pairs of Chacos which is the only thing I can compare these to. So far I like them better because of the heel cup, but I don't notice a measurable difference in arch support over the Chacos. I'm going on vacation tomorrow and will have a chance to wear them on the beach for a week, so I'll update after I return.UPDATE: Returning these. After only one day of actual wear at the resort (and I didn't even wear them in the sand) I have blisters on the tops of both feet that make them intolerably painful to wear. The blister on my left foot is so big and raw that I'm wearing a bandaid to keep from getting blood stains on my sheets. Big disappointment because the fit of the arch and the heel cup are great, but not at this painful expense.UPDATE #2: I contacted the manufacturer before returning them. They said that I should try stretching the strap by hold firmly to both sides (so as not to rip them off the platform) and firmly stretch. So I gave it a shot and sure enough, they fit great now. No more rubbing or chafing. It took nearly two weeks for the flesh that was rubbed raw to heel, so that was a painful lesson. Just be aware that out of the box these could cause you problems. If it feels like they might cause a blister, try the strap stretching technique. Just be careful to hold tightly to the sides of the strap so you don't damage the insertion point of the strap/platform connection because then you won't be able to return them.

No more plantar fasciitis!
I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis for almost a year now, and those first steps in the morning are dreadful! I found out about this brand thanks to my doctor who recommended me to try this brand out, using these slippers in conjunction with their shoe inserts has relieved me of the foot pain! Of course it was not instantaneous but in about a months time of using these daily I have been pain free! My doctor saved me money and the hassle of having to see a podiatrist. Highly recommended trying these out before seeing a podiatrist!

Nothing to write except they provide great support and will last a long time. I've purchased five pair since 2018 and have only had one break after constant usage (I live in Hawaii!)The only caveat I would add is watch the sizing. If you wear an 11 shoe, the size will probably be an 8l. I.e., read the sizing chart well!

This is to address reviews about the strap being too tight, reviews that scared me off from ordering these in the first place. Turns out these fit perfectly right out of the box. Finally quality flip flops that fit, even though I probably have a HIGH dorsal.In short, the strap may be too tight in a size 8 but in a size 13, for me a perfect fit even considering I have a higher instep & dorsal than most.Bought to replace a worn-out pair of Orthaheel's.. First tried the Orthaheel Bryce model but in size 13 they strap was so loose, it was way too "floppy". They fit more like a 13 EEE. Guess manufacturing standards have changed. These fit perfectly.Also love the arch support (but am use to wearing custom arch supports in every shoe), cupped heel design that keeps heel in place and whatever the footbed material is made of, feet do NOT sweat causing feet to slip on footbed like in a cheap rubber flip flops.. Also, the "thong strap" that goes between the toes is made of fabric so more comfortable & less break-in period.As for complaints of blisters ... that should be expected from any new shoes you wear without first breaking them in especially without socks.For reference, I wear:- size 11M in any quality dress shoe- size 12M in any sneaker or hiking shoe- but need a size 13 to keep from falling off the back of any flip flops

Wanted to love them
I loved everything about these except one thing. As someone with lots ofFoot problems I need very supportive shoes, sneakers and flip flops. Flip flops of course being inherently bad for everyone’s feet.The only problem I had with these is that the thong for your toes cut into my foot on the first day. I’ve been wearing flip flopsfor 60 years and I have never had this problem. My current 2 pair from LL Bean have not done what this did in 1 day. I can’t understand why or explain it. It looks like it is made just like all my other flip flops except that it has superior support for my feet. I’m at a loss but obviously these went back as I can not wear them. I wanted to love them so much I might try another pair when my foot heals and see if this was a fluke.

They are expensive but you get what you pay for.
Great fit and well made.This is my third pair of sport flip sole.My podiatrist is the first person who gave me a pair of these. They are ergonomically shaped for your feet and very comfortable to wear. A little bit on the pricey side but I have Bought many other brands and spent a lot of money on flip-flops that are in the back of my closet. These sole flips are excellent . They last years. Especially if you take care of them.

Your foot wasn't made flat, so why is almost all footwear made that way? Sole footbeds and sandals mold to perfectly fit your unique foot. Generic insoles and flat footwear simply cannot offer the same level of arch support, control and comfort of Sole products.
