Comfortable to wear.
I am very short and I don’t like to wear heels because most of them are not comfortable. But with this insole, I feel more secure and safer. Very easy to put on and take off, comfortable to wear. Perfect size and height. Great adhesion.

Really Great
I had some lovely winter shoes which, unfortunately, we just too flat. These risers are perfect and have fixed the problem perfectly. They are so comfortable that I forget they are there.

Not quite as thick as stated, but comfortable.
I received the "2cm" version which is more 1.5cm at the thickest point and does squash down to around 1cm when pressure applied. Maybe it was the 1cm version I received and that's how they are measured - under pressure.The gel is quite firm though and very comfortable. It certainly sticks to the inside of your shoe and doesn't move around. It was in place for nearly a whole day and provided comfort for a plantar fasciitis sufferer.

They work as needed!
Had a hip op and leg was a lot longer! Heel increase heels balanced me up a bit better!Not as sticky as I’d like, had to use super glue!
