This umbrella was built extremely cheap! Folds in a unorthodox manner which makes you have to force it to open properly. The Metal "arms" ripped free of the sewing and the extending shaft actually bent with a gust of the wind. I tried to find another one that is built stronger, but no luck. Only used two times before it broke beyond repair! Waste of money but got a lot of good laughs!!! Don't buy one!

Very cute but super cheap. Opened once and it will not close again. Disappointed

First time using my new umbrella and it already broke.

This is the 2nd one I've ordered. I've had to return the first one due to it being broken when opened. This was a gift for my boss as well. So I give her this one, she opened it and this one is also unworkable! I feel so bad!!! I wanted to return it AGAIN, but she felt bad as well and wouldn't let me. I wish this company would just send me another free of charge! So disappointed in this product.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend. I thought it was great. So did she, but she informed me that nobody that actually lives in Seattle carries an umbrella. I don't care. They should.
