Q: Does this help increase the web space between the thumb and index finger for arthritis in hands?

I haven't noticed that it increases the web space on a permanent basis but it does relax the tendons and muscles in my hands when I use the clips. When using them at first they were stiff and tighter to put on properly but after using the clips several times the material had a little more give; they were easier to position while still applying adequate pressure to relieve headaches.

Q: Would this product help carpal tunnel?

I am pretty sure it would not help carpal tunnel.

Q: I have also just got the Aculief to try. Returning it-it does not stay on. Does this one stay on ?

You have to learn how to work with it, but yes. Make sure that you're putting the correct on on the correct hand right-side up. Also, make sure you don't try to put one on both your hands at the same time. That will guarantee that one, the other, or both will fall off your hand as you try and manipulate it.

Q: Does this loosen up as you use it? Aculief (competitive product) gets looser after you wear it for a while.

I have been using this for just a few weeks. So far it hasn’t stretched or loosen up. My husband has bigger hands and I see the marks after he takes them off.
