Harder than you might assume to install. This is the entire "installation manual". I decided to figure it out on my own. Contrary to what another reviewer said, the arms were two different lengths, as they should be, so that wasn't a problem. The challenge for me was that each of the 4 arms has its own set of wires, so I had to put 5 wires in each of the supplied wire nuts to intall it. Because the wires are only a few inches long, this was a challenge to my arm strength, dexterity, and sanity, working overhead, on a ladder. What really helped was, before getting on the ladder, taping the 4 white wires together with electrical tape and twisting the 4 bare wires together, and doing the same with the 4 black wires. Then getting on the ladder and wiring these 2 groups to the box with the wire nuts.

After trying ams trying to figure out how to get this light fixture put together i realized all the pieces are the same length. Instructions say install shortest to longest. Waste of time and money!!!
