This journal has great prompts and makes for some interesting thoughts, but, it’s a soft cover book which has already curled corners. The intention is to leave it for future generations so it’s not going to be hard wearing. I will have to cover mine with clear sticky plastic to preserve it and as a result, feels like it’s lost its value. I wish it came in a hardcover. I would have been happy to pay more.

Love that me and my kid will be able to read about her life

The basic idea is good but for me, it didn't make any sense as it is not a guided journal for the past generation it's more a book where I write my story down more or less in solitude... which defeats the purpose in my opinion.Despite that, you can see plenty 'empty' pages to fill the book.Lastly, I bought the paperback and the pages are too fine so that you can see your writing partly on the next page and the whole book feels very flimsy. Nothing you pass down for generations... it's like a workbook, use it and dispose it.
