Great price, better than big name stores.

Kept me from needing to cut a floor joist.

It worked better than expected. After cutting out the old flange I was able to attach this directly to the existing pipe with a fernco. Otherwise you would need to add an extension to your drain pipe. I did not need to expand the hole much since the pitch at the top is pretty short. Worked great for me and saved a lot of trouble over cutting the floor.

This allowed me to move my 10" rough in out and fit a 12" toilet. A little concrete chiseling, easy peasy! Excellent part with nice flow.

Perfect offset to go around a joist almost centered under the opening for a relocated toilet. Design offers no restriction even with the 4x3 reduction, and the vertical drop and female pipe boss work better in my situation than a 45 degree flange that requires a collar to connect the pipe. The ring is stainless, another plus.
