Great bit of kit.
This is a solid, durable piece of kit. You don’t need to have any prior knowledge to use it, some massage oil and off you go, it’s multiple edges allow you to glid or press with ease. The ends fit nicely into areas which need finger type pressure. If you have Fascia issues or just plan sore muscles, this will help.
