Q: Can they be used on wrists?

I am an adult woman and on the tightest setting, these were still too loose on my wrists and slid up and down.

the blue color indicates 3#'s, this means that EACH of the weights are three pounds, collectively, they are 6. I ordered the purple, so each weight is 2 pounds each. together, they add up to four pounds. I hope I could help. :)
