Pathetic After Sales Service by Lenovo
I purchased 2 laptops on 31.10.2021. We were sold these notebooks WITH 3 YEARS WARRANTY. However, in less than a year, we are facing issues with the motherboard. And on contacting Lenovo Service Centre the repair cost quoted is almost as high as the purchase price of the notebook despite it being in warranty. And no certainty of the part being available. This is absurd. What is even the point of a warranty then?We are left with a dead machine costing Rs 1.2lakhs after 10 months. Also, the seller is not responding to any emails or helping resolve our issue.
