I use mine for the back of my neck. I have long thick hair and this allows for the band to be hidden and not pull on hair. I gave one to each member of my family. My coworkers loved the idea so much that they purchased some as well. They are a great alternative because they are comfortable (can barely feel it with the right elasticity strapped mask) and can be worn lower, without letting the mask fall off my neck!! It totally saved me from the marks around my ears, headaches, and irritability. The headband versions are more obvious (and I worried about the buttons eventually falling off) so I liked how discrete and durable this product was. I've used it for disposable and cloth masks... and both at the same time! They don't fall off the holes.

I wear hearing aids. I got these so I could hold the mask straps below my ears. They work perfectly, very easy to use.Unexpected fringe benefit: I also use them when I do my running. Every time I pass someone I simply slide the mask over my mouth and nose, and then slide the mask back down when no one is near me. Since I run on a popular path this happens frequently. It is so easy to do with this extender, and comfortably, and it never slides. Highly recommended.

Single masking was bad enough but with double masking, I just don't have enough ear real estate! Enter these silicone straps. They are fairly comfortable but tricky to use. Getting the first ear loop carefully wound around a "button" then successfully placing your mask on and then securing the second ear loop on the other side of the band takes a little practice and some trial and error. Once on, if ear loops are attached securely enough, I can leave it on or near the nape of my neck to secure my first mask. I then place the second mask over the first looping around my ears as usual. This allows me to successfully double mask without added irritation of my ears or the frustration of falling masks.

They are comfortable-but felt like it put pressure on my nose and made it very uncomfortable to wear a mask for 8 hours -tried several different masks, disposable and washable -just not for me
