Not what you actually need
This is an installation aid.For use before the sink/basin/bath/bog seat is installed.Not much use once all the pipes are in place.Will loosen/tighten bog seat wing nuts but a lot of money for something that has such a limited use.Being plastic it won't last long when used with high torque on a regular basis.
