Just got back from a deer hunt in Buffalo County Wisconsin (along the northern Mississippi). I wore my favorite Filson Wool bibs (really expensive). They have burrs like nothing I’ve ever seen. I’m not talking about the one’s the size of your thumb. I’m talking about something that looks like a deer tick, but is sharp as broken glass and when you try to pick it out if your favorite wool bibs they leave microscopic slivers in your fingers that hurt like hell. You literally cannot pick these things out of the wool, there were too many and it was excruciatingly painful. I almost thought I was going to have to throw my bibs away. I bought the burrs off and it was amazing. You can brush many off entirely, but the ones it doesn’t brush off it frees so you can pick them out without fingers bleeding. Don’t get me wrong, it still took me 20 minutes to get every last one, but without it I’d have never wore those bibs again. It also lifts mud and dirt off the wool. I don’t leave reviews, but after using this product I felt the need to. That’s how good it worked.

Works well getting those nasty burrs off your clothing. Doesn't work as well on thin material though. May put holes in the material.

Works very well, takes a little effort on fleece items but it basically sands the burrs down. Worth the money!

This is faster than pulling burrs off one by one, unfortunately it's like using coarse grit sandpaper on your clothes.

At our annual family photo session we were at a park when the photographer placed me next to a plant that had tiny burrs all over. My nice blouse was covered in hundreds of them! There was no way I'd be able to pick them all off so I researched what to do and found Burz Off. I was skeptical it would work and was worried it might ruin my blouse but it worked so well and didn't ruin it at all! Most of the burrs were on the back bottom of the blouse so i hung the blouse over the edge of the tub and worked top to bottom gently using quick, light strokes on the smooth side of the stone. Some burrs took a few swipes but most came off quickly. I wish I had taken pictures but the tub was filled with hundreds of burrs when I was done! It only took about 15 minutes to get them all. There were a couple burrs on a fuzzy sweater that the BurzOff couldn't get as easily, so I think it works best on a smoother fabric.

I received my Burz-Off today and took it out of the package immediately and put it to work! My son had a sweatshirt infested with the tiny nasty burs...he decided it was too much bother to pick them off...and I don't blame him. My Burz-Off came broken in half... but it worked like magic! I took the sweatshirt outside and it only took a matter of minutes to get all the tiny little burs off and it didn't harm the sweatshirt at all! Being he works for MetroParks this little stone is going to get a workout. It didn't seem to wear down...I was amazed at what this ugly little porous stone did....it definitely lives up to it's name "Burz-Off! Thank you so much to the person that invented it! I posted this on my Facebook page before writing this review just to let all of my outdoors loving friends know about this little miracle!

This works on the large burrs but not the tiny little stickers.

This thing is awesome! We live on a farm so encounters with burrs and other seeds is unavoidable. My favorite pants from Duluth Trading Company were COVERED in sticky seeds. It took me maybe a full 5 minutes to get them off with this tool. Pants were saved! Worth every dang penny!

Works as advertised, getting burt's and hitch hikers out of my hunting clothes has never been this easy
