I love how these shorts make my hips sweat when exercising. HOWEVER...I usually finish off my jog with 40 sit-ups. The first day I did them while wearing the shorts (on carpet -- not even a hard surface), I felt an irritation - almost painful, as my backside rolled over the seam. I figured it just took getting used to. But the second day, it was really painful to do sit-ups. I looked in the mirror, and sure enough, the seam had rubbed the skin raw on the area either side of the bottom of my spine!!! It's a week later and there's still a substantial scab, though the swelling has gone down. It's a very weird design having a horizontal/curved seam across the back - it's prevents pretty much any exercise done while on your back.

I got a 3x, it's super tight but I guess that's the point right. BUT , if you have on fake nails it's hard to grip it and pull it over your stomach for me. And also hard to put on after my shower but I guess the tightness is the POINT. But just wish it was a tiny bit bigger

I got a few pair of these and i love them. They are great quality and work amazingly. I pair them with sweet sweat gel and the two together work amazingly. will definitly buy again.

I love this product because it helps me sweat more and makes me feel like I'm getting more out of my workouts. It's easy to get on and off. Easy to wash. The product is made very well! I like the product so I've purchased multiple items.
