Coloriscape Wee Tweeter Glass Birds Yard Art

I ordered this product in August, 2013. The yellow-orange "Tweeter" I received was in perfect condition and was exactly as pictured. It was in its own grayish metal house, which looks somewhat like a cage. The glass bird stays in place with a small peg that sticks out of the base of the house and fits into a hole in the base of the bird; this also allows you to lift it out and remove it from the house if you prefer. The bird's base is flat, so it can sit on a flat surface. It was also boxed, as pictured in the background of the photo on this product page. The product itself would probably earn 5 stars from me in terms of quality.The reason I am giving a 4-star rating, however, and the reason I was motivated to write this review, is because of the lack of choice in what you can order and the somewhat confusing information in the description. The description proudly states that "there are over 16 different colors available," which would be great to know as a customer...if you had the option to choose which color you are ordering. There is no option to choose the color that you want. I contacted an Amazon representative who told me that the only information that they could give me was on the product page. So, since the information isn't available anywhere else, I wanted to let any other buyers know that when you order this product, you are getting a random color of the 16 available. If you want one that is blue, you apparently have a 1 in 16 chance of getting what you want when you order.Also, the description states that "each 12-count box holds an assortment of colors," even though this really has nothing to do with what you are ordering. You aren't ordering a box of 12 here (as you could probably tell from the price), so this might also be confusing to potential buyers.So, in summary, if you are looking for a single decorative glass bird and don't have a color preference, this is a great product. It's just unfortunate that there are over a dozen color options sitting in an Amazon warehouse somewhere, but you don't have the chance to choose the one you want. We're not talking life-and-death here, I realize, but with the multitude of options available for many, many other products, it's strange to me that a color option is advertised but not offered to customers for this one.

The review was for the tweeter birds, not the solar powered angel.I am furious,and this has cost Amazon a customer.
