Q: Has anyone had a problem with the brewing process of this product?

I had a problem with the cups when I went from the original Kuerig machine to the 4.0. I learned that the 4.0 machine had to have a special cup marked just for it and the older cups didn't work. Other than that it is a good system and I really like the coffee.

Q: The item description shows vanilla biscotti, but the photo shows french vanilla. has the vanilla biscotti in k-cup been discontinued?

I actually thought the newer ones were the Vanilla Biscotti! But I'm not sure. At any rate, I have found both to be very good. Thanks.
