I brought this product because for my job I do a lot of travelling and this works great for me to use my phone as a gps. But the thing barely sticks to the window. When it does stick to the window it falls down maybe 30 minutes later and that causes more of a problem while driving because then I'm trying to get it to stay stuck to the window. I find myself when I am using it checking it every 20 minutes to make sure it is stuck to the window properly.

I love the design & when it works it is perfect. However, the rubber suction cup tears off after maybe a month or two. I stuck it to the windshield & didn't do a lot of moving the arm & yet the suction cup still broke. I'm so upset.

Initial thought was that the device would serve my needs for hands free communications. However, shortly after starting using the arm it experienced serious staying power fatigue and will not support my Motorola Droid turbo in a stable position without dropping down out of view while I'm driving. Not satisfied! Very disappointed!

Used the item twice - while attaching my phone this morning the arm "snapped" off at point where the base connects to the flexible rod. Very poor quality. Not sure if it can be returned for a refund or not. I would not recommend this product.

It broke as soon as I took it out of the packaging! Poorly put together. Complicated instructions for someone’s first time purchasing this item.

Simple to install on your windshield and it has a stiff arm that doesn't flex ,easy Which is needed in a dump truck. Does Not stay suctioned on window poor set up.

I got this to put my iPhone 7 plus in for a road trip and I love it! It only sticks to glass, I'm ok with that but didn't know and tried to stick it to the dash first. It's great for holding the phone for gps. My daughter used it to hold the phone to make a funny video.

I paced on my windshield and on the 4th day while opening the clamp it fell apart. I have all the pieces but this shouldnt have happened. Im a Lyft driver and i must be hands free.
